Yalies at the Green Apple Day of Service
Come serve with Yalies at one of the Los Angeles schools in providing sustainable improvements to its facilities.

On Saturday, September 28th, we will be joining the Center for Green Schools at the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) on it’s second annual Green Apple Day of Service.

Yale alumni and friends will be serving at Thomas Starr King Middle School  to provide sustainable improvements to its facilities, which will include planting and gardening.  We'll also help with a few other items on the campus' wish list.

Green Apple is a global movement to put all children in schools where they have clean and healthy air to breathe, where energy and resources are conserved, and where they can be inspired to dream of a brighter future.
