Professor Marvin Chun presents “How the Brain Sees the Light” at LACMA
Organized by Fred Roberts '65

In conjunction with LACMA's exhibition "See the Light" and Fred Roberts '65, Dr. Marvin M. Chun, Yale professor of psychology, cognitive science, and neurobiology compares how photography and brain imaging allow us to understand how people see the surrounding world. Chun discusses the past two decades of scientific research: how findings have not only given us an unprecedented understanding of human vision, but also how advanced brain imaging studies can even decode (coarsely) what people are viewing or dreaming.

This event is open to the public.
After the event, please join us at Ray's and Stark Bar for a cash bar to mingle with fellow Yalies and have an opportunity to speak with Dr. Chun.  We wil be holding a Yale sign near Ray's and Stark Bar.
